Hi, I'm Gayle and founder of Circle Connect. I've been a practising psychotherapist for ten years and am delighted to have brought the Circle Connect team together.
We offer one to one counselling for adults and young people aged 14 or over (parental consent required).
We can support you with anything that is upsetting you such as anxiety, low mood, relationships, work issues, school issues, separation and divorce, redundancy, loss and bereavement and other challenges.
If you have been thinking about getting support or have realised that you just need a confidential safe space to talk, we would encourage you to contact us.
